Abstract
The present work has the purpose of making known the pedagogical experience lived by a
group of students and teachers of the institution nº258; the same framed in an institutional
project that sought to work from inclusion and ESI, assertive and inclusive communication.
This project arises from the classroom need presented by the group of students in terms of
communication, since the boys and girls expressed the need to be able to listen to themselves
and at the same time respect their classmate with visual impairment, who should be able to
listen to their teacher and companions in the classroom context, although this was made
difficult by the hustle and dynamics of the group. Based on this need, a pedagogical project
was generated that included various strategies and addressed teaching from the integrity, that
is to say, the curricular contents were worked from the ESI lenses, which gave us a look
around Human Rights and Equality of Gender. This work was materialized in the placement
of inclusive signage in some key sectors of the institution, with the collaboration and
cooperation of other institutions.

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene el fin de dar a conocer la experiencia pedagógica vivenciada por un
grupo de estudiantes y docentes de la institución nº258; el mismo enmarcado en un proyecto
institucional que buscó trabajar desde la inclusión y la ESI, la comunicación asertiva e
inclusiva. Dicho proyecto surge de la necesidad áulica que presentaba el grupo de estudiantes
en cuanto a la comunicación, ya que los niños y niñas manifestaban la necesidad de poder
escucharse y a la vez respetar a su compañero con disminución visual, quien debía poder
escuchar a su docente y compañeros en el contexto áulico, aunque esto se le hacía difícil por
el bullicio y la dinámica del grupo. Basado en esta necesidad se genera el proyecto
pedagógico que incluyó diversas estrategias y abordó la enseñanza desde la integridad, es
decir que se trabajaron los contenidos curriculares desde los lentes de la E.S.I, los cuales nos
aportaron una mirada en torno a los Derechos Humanos e Igualdad de Género. Dicho trabajo
realizado se vio materializado en la colocación de cartelería inclusiva en algunos sectores
claves de la institución, contando con la colaboración y cooperación de otras instituciones
grupo de estudiantes y docentes de la institución nº258; el mismo enmarcado en un proyecto
