Abstract
This writing is part of the author's research work within the framework of the Research
Project Destinations of de(s)ubjectivation in childhood /s and adolescence / s,
intersections and community, directed by Dr. P. Weigandt and co-directed by B.C. and
Prof. M. La Vecchia for the National University of Comahue, CURZA, Viedma,
Argentina. In this article we work on the conceptualizations about the status of the
pandemic in its traumatic dimension and its correlation with the different connotations
of anxiety on the subjects. The work supports and tries to put to work the hypothesis of
the duplication of the rampant effect when the suffering during the pandemic affects
children and adolescents who have histories of suffering and helplessness. The effects
of violence, particularly against childhood, and its exacerbation during the pandemic are
examined. The notion of extimacy and the idea of violence as a rejection of the Other
jouissance are presented. Some developments by Lacan, Miller, Alemán useful for
conceptual elaboration are worked on. The importance of subjective support devices and
the support of their operation is maintained despite current impediments. Camus's novel
La plague is examined, establishing great points of concordance between said fiction
and the event of the prevailing pandemic.

Este escrito forma parte del trabajo de investigación de la autora en el marco del
Proyecto de Investigación Destinos de(s)ubjetivación en infancia/s y adolescencia/s,
intersecciones y comunidad, dirigido por la Dra. P. Weigandt y codirigido por la Lic. y
Prof. M. La Vecchia para la Universidad Nacional del Comahue, sede CURZA,
Viedma, Argentina. Se trabajan en él las conceptualizaciones acerca del estatuto de la
pandemia en su dimensión traumática y su correlación con las distintas connotaciones
de la angustia sobre los sujetos. El escrito sostiene y pone al trabajo la hipótesis de la
duplicación del efecto estragante cuando el sufrimiento durante la pandemia afecta a
infancias y adolescencias que tienen historias de padecimientos y desamparos. Se
examinan los efectos de las violencias, en particular contra las infancias, y su
exacerbación durante la pandemia. Se presentan la noción de extimidad y la idea de la
violencia como rechazo al goce Otro. Se trabajan algunos desarrollos de Lacan, Miller,
Alemán. Se sostiene la importancia de los dispositivos de soporte subjetivante y el
sostén de su funcionamiento, no sin una gran cuota de invención, pese a los
impedimentos actuales. Se examina la novela La peste, de Camus, estableciéndose
grandes puntos de concordancia entre dicha ficción y el acontecimiento de la pandemia
imperante
