Abstract
Today we are witnessing a society where people are trying to silence everything that does not fit the parameters of what is expected, what is normal. Where a child who is restless, inattentive, distracted, defiant, causes discomfort and challenges school strategies of resolution. Where there are many health and education professionals who (d) enunciate an increasing pathologizing and medicalization of our infancy and adolescence and more punctually, the so-called: attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity.
In this sense, the following work intends to give an account of the route taken for the construction of "the problem" that I intend to investigate in my thesis of degree, Directed by Mag. María del Carmen Porto and co-directed by B.A. Daniela Maria Sanchez. In this way, we intend to give an account of how it comes to consider, starting from the international and national research carried out on the subject, that, between what is not yet known, and for that reason, what psychopedagogical research needs to investigate is the positioning adopted by psychopedagogists that belong to the ETAP, called to diagnose the problems presented in their schooling children suspected or labeled with the acronym ADHD, and what effects it produces.

Resumen
Hoy asistimos a una sociedad donde se busca acallar todo aquello que no se adapta a los parámetros de lo esperado, de lo normal. Donde un niño o niña inquieto, desatento, distraído, desafiante, causa malestar e interpela las estrategias escolares de resolución. Donde son muchos los profesionales de salud y educación que (d) enuncian una creciente patologización y medicalización de nuestras infancias y adolescencias y más puntualmente, del llamado: trastorno por déficit de atención con o sin hiperactividad.
En este sentido, el siguiente trabajo, pretende dar cuenta del recorrido realizado para la construcción “del problema” que me propongo indagar en mi tesis de grado, Dirigido por Mgter. Porto María Del Carmen y codirigido Licenciada Sánchez Daniela María.
De esta manera, se pretende dar cuenta de cómo llegue a considerar a partir de las investigaciones internacionales como nacionales realizadas sobre la temática, que entre lo que aún no se sabe y por eso la investigación psicopedagógica necesita indagar es: el posicionamiento que adoptan los psicopedagogos que integran los ETAP llamados a diagnosticar las problemáticas que presentan en su escolarización los niños/as sospechados o rotulados con la “sigla” ADD-H. y qué efectos produce.
