Abstract
This work is framed in research project V112 "Destinations of de(s)ubjectivation in Childhood / s and adolescences. Intersections and community", directed by Dr. Patricia Weigandt and Co-Directed by B.C and Prof. Marina La Vecchia. It intends to continue deepening this line of research from a vignette of the praxis with the workers of the CAINA, province of Río Negro, approached from the psychoanalytic theoretical framework during the Covid-19 pandemic in the year 2020. From the inter-institutional outreach work promoted from the "El Hormiguero" to institutions that house and work with children and adolescents, the virtually space was used to exchange and reflect on different topics, aiming to support the workers in times of transformation and uncertainty, without leaving out the desiring subjectivity. We contrast the conceptualization of the "affective referent" that has its origin in the legal field, to think from psychoanalysis -transference through- another possible reading: a subjective referent that sets the subject into production.
Resumen
El presente trabajo se enmarca en el PI V112 "Destinos de(s)ubjetivación en Infancia/s y adolescencia/s. Intersecciones y comunidad", dirigido por la Dra. Patricia Weigandt y Co- Dirigido por la Lic. y Prof. Marina La Vecchia. El mismo pretende seguir profundizando en esta línea de investigación a partir de un recorte de la praxis con los/as trabajadores/as de los CAINA de la provincia de Río Negro, abordado desde el marco teórico psicoanalítico durante la pandemia Covid-19 en el año 2020. A partir del trabajo interinstitucional en extensión propiciado desde el ámbito de “El Hormiguero” a instituciones que albergan y trabajan con niños/as y adolescentes, se utilizó el espacio virtual para intercambiar y reflexionar sobre distintas temáticas, en pos de sostener a los/as trabajadores/as en tiempos de transformaciones e incertidumbre, sin dejar por fuera la subjetividad deseante. Contrastamos la conceptualización del “referente afectivo” que tiene su origen en el ámbito jurídico, para pensar desde el psicoanálisis - transferencia mediante - otra lectura posible: un referente subjetivante que pone en producción al sujeto.
