Abstract
Clinical work with adolescents frequently requires psychoanalysts to review and test their conceptual and technical toolbox, as well as their mettle, patience and creativity. Words often give way to silence or action — in such diverse and flowery modes of expression that it would be in vain to try to exhaust them in an inventory. The moments of analyzability are usually intense, but also discontinuous, dispersed, in a temporality that is difficult to domesticate in any routine. In this context, we will address two clinical histories in which the implementation of the game resource was of crucial importance as a support for the transference link, the setting, and the vicissitudes of an (im) possible treatment. The additional seasoning of the "institutional framework" in which they take place is also the alibi to question both the limits of the analytical device, as well as the scope and responsibilities of a sustained praxis in Freudian ethics.
Resumen
El trabajo clínico con adolescentes impone a los psicoanalistas con suma frecuencia la revisión y puesta a prueba de su caja de herramientas conceptuales y técnicas, tanto como de su temple, su paciencia y su creatividad. La palabra, cede a menudo su lugar al silencio o a la acción en tan diversos y floridos modos de expresión que sería en vano intentar agotarlos en un inventario. Los momentos de analizabilidad suelen ser intensos, pero también discontinuos, dispersos, en una temporalidad que difícilmente resulte domesticable en alguna rutina. En este contexto, abordaremos dos historiales clínicos en los que la implementación del recurso del juego resultó de crucial importancia como soporte del vínculo transferencial, el encuadre, y las vicisitudes de un tratamiento (im)posible. El condimento adicional del «marco institucional» en el que transcurren, es asimismo la coartada para poner en interrogación tanto los límites del dispositivo analítico, como los alcances e incumbencias de una praxis sostenida en la ética freudiana.
