Abstract
This writing is framed within the PI 286/21 Adolescence at the edges of today.
Psychoanalysis, institution and pandemic, directed by B.Sc. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia
and co-directed by Dr. Gabriel Pavelka. It arises as a mode of questioning about what to do
and how with patients who at times not only sit at the edges but are on them. With this I want
to refer that the current situation that summons them to carry out a consultation on what to
do? it takes on a different nuance when they have the possibility of being heard. There will
be so many possibilities to summon your own desire if there is the time necessary to establish
the question. To develop the above, it would be necessary to think about some categories
that can serve as support to think about subjectivity: desire, loving ties, transfer and human
dignity among others. It should be noted that these reflections will be in the light of the
psychoanalytic theoretical framework.

Resumen
El presente recorrido se enmarca en el PI 121 “Adolescencias en los bordes de la actualidad.
Psicoanálisis, institución y pandemia” dirigido por la Lic. y Prof. Marina La Vecchia y
codirigido por el Dr. Gabriel Pavelka. El mismo propone la interrogación y reflexión de la
práctica. Por este motivo es necesario desplegar diferentes momentos que se fueron armando
a través del decir del paciente para que algo de la pregunta tenga lugar y poder así desplegarla.
Lo que está en juego son aspectos constitutivos del cuerpo de la paciente, por ello es necesario
que los mismos sean resignificados a través de la palabra para lograr otro estatuto. ¿Qué hacer
y cómo en el marco de la dificultad que le ha tocado vivir? ¿Cómo bordear aquello que no se
pudo? Para desarrollar lo antes expuesto sería necesario pensar categorías que puedan oficiar
de soporte para pensar la subjetividad, el deseo, la transferencia, apostando a la dignidad
humana como un horizonte posible.
