Abstract
The present work is framed in the Research Project V112 "Destinations of (s) ubjectivation in infancy / s and adolescence / s, intersections and community" (CURZA-UNCo), directed by Dr. Patricia Weigandt and co-directed by B.C. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia. It proposes a theoretical-practical course based on the theoretical / methodological psychoanalytic framework, in order to resume and problematize some conceptualizations about the possible institutional interventions in cases of child sexual abuse, taking into account as axes to be followed: the place that it is assigned to the subject, the possibility of subjectivation or de (s) ubjectivation in the interventions that are carried out and that tend to accompany or not to said subjects. Based on vignettes that are part of the cut of a case, we will question the possibilities of support that institutions can provide in cases of child sexual abuse. Questions that will be sustained from the Ethics of psychoanalysis and what Margaret Little places as the “analyst's total response” to the needs of the patient.
Resumen
El presente trabajo está enmarcado en el PI V112 “Destinos de(s)ubjetivación en infancia/s y adolescencia/s, intersecciones y comunidad” (CURZA-UNCo), dirigido por la Dra. Patricia Weigandt y codirigido por la Lic. y Prof. Marina La Vecchia. El mismo plantea un recorrido teórico-práctico sustentado en el marco teórico/metodológico psicoanalítico, a fin de retomar y problematizar algunas conceptualizaciones acerca de las intervenciones institucionales posibles en casos de abuso sexual infantil, tomando en cuenta como ejes a seguir: el lugar que le es asignado al sujeto, la posibilidad de subjetivar o de(s)ubjetivación en las intervenciones que se llevan adelante y que tienden a acompañan o no a dichos sujetos. A partir de viñetas que forman parte del recorte de un caso, iremos poniendo en interrogación las posibilidades de sostén que pueden brindar las instituciones ante los casos de abuso sexual infantil. Interrogantes que serán sostenidos desde la Ética del psicoanálisis y lo que Margaret Little ubica como la respuesta total del analista ante las necesidades del paciente.
